Data captured from vending machine telemetry and online orders are automatically aggregated and reflected in a dashboard interface we developed specifically for harm reduction. This is one of the key features we offer that you won’t find anywhere else.
Data transmitted from the machines is displayed online and shows the current inventory counts for each unit. Email alerts are triggered anytime a machine reaches 50% capacity, and can be set to whatever level you prefer. Our dashboard also tracks the total units dispensed by location, by week, and the average items per day. You can export reports to an excel or csv file whenever you want.
